To pay by credit card call over the phone call Messaging Customer Care on 1300 133 585 between 8.30am-6pm, Monday to Friday (EST) and have your credit card and Account number ready. Please note the payment limit of $10,000.


Direct debit involves the current invoice amount automatically being debited from your nominated account on the due date.

To arrange direct debit please complete the Request for Debit form and return by fax 1300 763113 or email

Contact your financial institution and quote the biller code and BPAY reference number that are listed on your invoice, to pay from your nominated bank account or pay online with BPAY via your bank's website. 3 Messaging's BPAY biller code is: 49049

Detach the payment slip that is on your invoice and mail it together with your cheque (payable to 3 Messaging ) to:
