Will I receive my pager messages when I travel interstate?
You will only receive messages whilst within your nominated coverage area. Your coverage can be extended for 7-day periods at no additional charge. To activate additional coverage please contact 1300 555 555 and quote your pager number.
How often should I change my pager battery?
We recommend changing your battery every 3-4 weeks depending on use. Remember, to only use Alkaline Batteries in your pager.
Can I receive messages to my email address also?
Yes - there is no additional charge to have messages copied to email. Please contact Customer Care on 1300 133 585 or email your request to 3paging@hutchison.com.au
